In time, she was trained by Jade to serve as an auxiliary bodyguard for Kitana and was even granted longevity through ancient sorcery. Koral grew up alongside Kitana and Jade, but was always hidden from public view due to her Earthrealm heritage. Amber was given a new name – Koral – for the color of her hair. However, a chance encounter with Kitana led to Amber saving the young princess’s life. Lost in a foreign land, her death was all but certain.
